So I am using an older blower, it is my senior year and I really don't want to have to buy a new one. But this one only has one switch, and the temp is hot. It feels cool when I hold it back some but if I move it closer to my skin it feels really hot. Would this make my steer feel even hotter when I'm trying to make him cooler ? If I hold it far enough back that it feels cool it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get him dry. Also is there anything I can do about my blower ? TIA

The heat from the motor will warm the air going through the blower and there isn't much you can do about that.  If it has a heating element in it, that can be disconnected.  Take it to school and give it to somebody that has shop class and tell them your situation.  They would probably love to take it apart and mess with it.

Also, make sure it is really clean and put a new filter on the end so that is draws more air and reduces the heat.

Thanks! I will get a new filter can't remember the last time it's been replaced. I don't know about the heating element.
