It's funny, you ask for breeding suggestions on your cows for 2 months and you seem to have taken none of our advice....

Just because its unheard of doesnt mean its good and just because a bull is being promoted makes it great! Many of the promoted bulls are criples. If you would have taken the advice of people to go to a stud you would have seen many of the bulls in person. Someone out to find the post on here of heatwave in his later years and how bad he really looked. Many of the bulls in there working clothes arent so good as they seem in pictures. Do what you feel best but in a year when your having problems dont come crying. School of hard knocks is tough. Many of the people on here are twice my age and have been doing this awhile and need to be listen to.

If you want advice take it for what its worth, but don't argue over you own decision. If you aren't going to listen or don't want help don't ask. I too have bred to multiple bulls during one breeding season but I wish I would have narrowed it down. Some of these guys I would listen to any word they say about breeding and cattle in general. The information available on here is great. Take advantage of the opportunity. So my point, if you want help ask for it. If you want to argue go somewhere else and vent. Good Luck.

I would like to take this moment and ask Jason if we can get a "smiley face banging his head against a brick wall icon", similar to the "beating a dead horse" ?

so i should go to a clean bull like amen or one and only for my heatwave. And so your saying my hanniball cow sucks............ and then when you buy an egg u have to have it shipped and that cost $ also
There'll be all kinds of embryos for sale less than 20 miles from your house, Collison's, ask them if they know of anyone having embryos for sale. I'm betting they may have some good ones available.

they should have embyos from sale
They'll have customers that had flushes that produced more embryos than they had expected, so they'll tell them if anyone comes in wanting to buy some that we'll let a basket of 3 or a basket of 5 go for X amount. Just call and ask if & what they have then everyone here on the Planet can advise you on which matings may be the best value!! Good luck!
