Help with lead
« on: February 24, 2014, 04:11:13 PM »
Hey I am Emma. I have a steer he is about 1000 pounds now. I have a question. I have a show I am going to in a month and my steer never wants to walk only when he wants to. Is there any options out there that i can start doing before my next show.

I would bet the calf is going to be ok.  At a show there is nearly always some one to supply a swat to the other end of a calf and usually that is all it takes.  Find someone to go along with as going to the wash rack or tie outs. Couple of trips about all it takes.
