If you want power use Full Flush on her or one of his sons like Black Rhino, God father, White Eye (God Father son), or Black Pearl.  Had a Bleeding Purple cow that needed powered up bred her to Black Pearl and it worked out well .

my only concern would be a 150lb calf from doubling up hw genetics using walks alone. but it would be powerful.

so your saying MAB would be a safer route?
I don't have enough/any experience with MAB so I cannot comment whether he will be better or not. But I am not real fond of the back wheels on the red cow and I don't think Walks Alone will help much in that aspect.

I know, and you have to understand that power isn't everything and won't mean crap if the calf can hardly walk. I'll look into some bulls and try to get back to you on MY suggestion later. But all these previous people suggested MAB, so I am sure he wouldn't be a bad choice.

Is this cow TH free? If not then not many of the suggestions would be too safe a route.

My other question is, if she is 8, why do you only have 2 calf crops out if her?

you have a point but shes going on 8 years old and could handle it. its okay i just want big power

Yup, that's not confusing. Breed all you own to MAB if they are clean and be done with it. Over thinking the clubby game with all the different genetics can be dangerous. Besides, you have asked many times what bull is right for your cows yet you obviously don't trust the opinions you get since your constantly asking for more and more input. Do us a favor and call the guys who own the bulls and ask( bother) them.

If all of his questions bother you guy's please stop reading and responding to his posts. It's as simple as that. I for one like to here everybodies suggestions. I run a small herd and deciding what to breed to is a big deal.

You make an excellent point. Breeding right is definitely important to folks with small herds.  Now, which is more important to you- Raising 5 common, crippled club calves and 1 maybe really good one...or raising 4 good ones, one bad one, and one that could be okay if managed right?  I say use a bull that has been proven on many types and kinds of cows to make good ones.  Like Monopoly, or dare I say it, Eye Candy.  Both bulls usually sire enough power, sire sound ones, and the calves are usually pretty chubby.  They even have the power of purebred momma's behind them to lend to consistency. If I were in a situation like yourself, I'd bred all my cows to one sire like that, and see what happens.  It's easier to sell 4 good ones for good money than it is to sell 1 great one for a pile of cash if all your others are average at best.

A lot of people might disagree, But I think Monopoly is the most consistent Clubby to come along in a long long time. He will usually throw you a decent calf at the least and theres a good chance you can get a real good one to a great one! I personally have never one had a pud out of him! Cant say that about any other bull. Purebred clubby no matter what. He has been the most consistent for me by a mile.

Are all of your cows so different that one bull couldn't work on at least a few of them? It seems extravagant to buy so much semen for so few cows when there are just a couple bulls out there that could do a more than satisfactory job for you.  I really believe in taking seemingly complex situations like breeding cows and simplifying them. There are bulls out there that are just going to do a job no matter what kind of cow you use him on.  You'll have a bigger headache than necessary if you overthink this clubby deal.  I don't think nit-picking each crossbred cow and trying to match her up to a crossbred bull is the way to go for you.
