Thanks for the responses and thanks for Posting the picture Jamie!  This heifer was raised by a coop herd so I don't own her dam!  She is out of a 3/4 Angus x Simi cow!  The cow was sired by New Trend 802!

How many co-op herds do you generally work with per year...

Very nice calf Toni. I find it interesting that Carnac isn't being used more or as much as Monopoly. To get that much power out of a calf with that high of % angus is great.

I have seen Carnac work real well on Angus and Charolais!  This cow is pretty large frame and he really dowsized in this mating!

This beautiful Market Heifer was shown at the Saunders County Fair by Allie Zajkowski, and the proud parents are Brian and Kim Vech of Cedar Bluffs.  To view future heifers like her, please contact Gary Gieselman in Arlington, NE.  We are taking her to State Fair this year, please look for us in the barns, and for our Club Calf Sale flier. Congrats to Allie, Brian and Kim!  Gary is the Coop herd I was referring too!  Excellent cattle and worrth the look!  I partnered with Gary and sold 3 of his calves on our sale last year!  The Vech sale is another that is well worth the look!  We had Supreme Heifer last summer at our county fair with one that came from Vechs!
