Cost of Shipping Semen

What is the most you have paid for shipping semen?  I just got a quote that is more than double what I usually pay, has something changed that I am unaware of?

It's been a while, but a few years back I paid $60ish from Iowa to SE MN. About 3 years ago I paid $80 to ship embryos from Kansas to SE MN, and last year I think I saw a bill for $130 for embryos from Indiana to SE MN.

It depends on how far away your shipping. Also, the carrier .

I just paid $63 for the last semen I had shipped, but have paid as high as $142. It all depends on carrier, how many day shipping and sometimes the person shipping charges you a rental fee for the shipping tank

SpeeDee delivery is your best option if they service your area.Usually about a day.Phil Lautner uses them .Personally if it is an option I like to pick it up at place it is collected and it goes directly in my tank.Quality and mishandling  of semen are two of the things that result in poor conception.
