We only added about 3 inches out of this storm.  Addidng to our 60 + inches for the season, with a good 3 ft on the level.  The wind is the problem, we have 15 ft tall drifts around the pole sheds and wind breaks.  Oh yeah, and it was -25  F air temp this morning.  -40 to -50 F windchills only, because it was calm.

Here in NW MO, we got a tad bit of snow...drifts are higher than our pick up.  No way to figure out measurements with the wind blowing the snow so bad.  Snow day #3...I'm about to dig a path down the road to the blacktop so the kids go to school lol (thumbsup)

Maybe 6 inches in central Iowa.  Nowhere near as bad as the April, 1973, storm or many of the others we've had.  This week's "Storm of the Century" wasn't fun, but we've had a lot worse.

Here in N Central Okla we got 8 to 12".  Parts of NE Okla around Tulsa got 21".  I really have no idea how you could measure the snow with all the wind we had.  My kids are just about to drive me nuts, I'm ready for them to go back to school.  We are expecting temps below zero tonight, which is rare for Oklahoma, and a chance of freezing rain on Sunday.  Its bout time for an ice storm,  my wife and I have been married for 10 years and in that time I have been home to watch 2 superbowls.  The other 8 times I have been gone somewhere putting powerlines back up.  Pays good but makes for long cold days and short nights.

I thought we came out pretty good with 14-15 inches, 1.5 inches of sleet, 1/4 inch of ice.  The roads will suck when the snow gets knocked off and then the ice will remain.   The wind hasnt been as bad as they predicted either.  Funny, walked into a local establishment and the ......pop cave was MUCH warmer than outside.  HAB - I have no idea how ya'll do it up there!  Those are some redicuous numbers that would have our part of the country literally screaming prayers up above!  LOL  In fact, they just called school for the rest of the week.

You got more than us! We ended up with 12 inches, with the sleet/ice underneath! We scraped the driveway out front of the garage and the snow was easy to remove but trying to get up the 3/4 inch ice layer was next to IMPOSSIBLE!
