I went out to Bob Duis to look at cattle last week.   Bob still has a few receip cows, some had Shorthorn Calves and some with cross bred calves.  He had 3 full brothers to Tuscaloosa and Talladega..WHAT A TRIO!!!    These bull are as good as I have seen.  If they develop they will be the best trio of bulls I may ever have seen.  One is sold red and the other 2 are roan.   He also had an awesome crossbred heifer calf. I believe she was sire by 'Who's your Daddy" not positive.  She is flat out good!!
If you are out that way it would worth you time to take a look before they are sold.

What were the trio's BW's? I know that being out of a recip and embryo calves this can be debatable, but with thier brothers EPD's I would want them to be fairly low.

Good to hear that Bob has some nice bull calves. I'm sure they will be very competitive!

The cross bred heifer I was talking about is a Shorthorn Plus, still a crossbred I guess.  She is a Mar 30th IVF heifer. Her sire is "Who's the Man"  Her dam is Aviator by a Augusta Pride cow.  I believe the cow was bought couple years back at the Revival Sale.

This black heifer is really good.  I believe Bob said he would be getting pictures in a couple weeks.
