Looking at moving from a bumper pull to a gooseneck trailer and comparing the EBY Maverick (20’) to an Alum-Line (21’) - input on quality, craftsmanship, warranty, value,  are appreciated. Also features that you would recommend such as inside/outside ties, etc.

Thanks for your response as wanted to get input from people like you that have one. Been looking for almost two years at moving to a gooseneck and narrowed it down between the two brands.

Happy Thanksgiving.

thanks

I have owned both and I'm a repear buyer of eby.  There is just no comparison in trailer really.  If u just walk up and down the trailers u can tell a big difference.  The aluma-line i had the floor bucketed over the axles because the cross members were funny and we welded the floor backdown 2 months later it was back up.    traded it in 2001 and been stuck on eby ever since.

Cornershack, Steel, SJcattleco,
Thanks for each of your input. Did you or would you put tie rails on both inside and outside from the factory or put rings/rails on yourself? How about ramp to load chute, tack box, fans, etc.? Was thinking of making one that could be used on side or rear door and hang inside trailer for storage?

I'd get them to put them on from the factory. Also idk if its been said, but getting an 8 foot wide is the best investment one can make Imho.
