i've heard that embryo calves can have higher bw but how big of a concern to a buyer would it be that an et bull has a 105 lb bw?

I don't pay attention to birth weights on ET calves. I always tell the actual birth weights to my customers but I look at the history of the dam and the sire. The recip will influence the weight of the calf.

Also, calves that are produced In Vitro ET usually weigh more than regular ET or natural breeding.
