we shoulda promoted that bull. he was a calving ease bull 99% of the time. we sold him in the fall to a commercial operation. he was a pale face out of a angus cow.

I remeber the only time I got stranded while in sales was at Lexington, KY. They got 18" &  not equipped for it.

Funny you said that...

My sister was on her way to Florida one year for spring break & got snowed in overnight in Huntsville, Alabama!!!  We didn't get a thing up here.   

Also, 1 year during the 1990's, a group from Virginia was late arriving at Denver... the reason?  They got stranded in Louisville, KY due to snow & ice!! 

FWIW, it is nice warm & sunny 16 degrees for the high today here in Kentucky & I'm within 90 miles of Tennessee!

I am right below lexington Ky, and it is so cold they closed school for Fri.
