Well I am sure it was something like 80#. With absolutely no trouble in the pedigree with calving. :
I know when I was in England, the Belgium Blue breeders over there PLANNED on C-sections. They didn't even give them a chance to have a calf naturally. And they thought nothing of it. When I speak to breeders over here, they say they have never ever had a c-section. So it might be similiar to the differences in Maines? Did American's select for something different in each breed to "Americanize" the breeds? Or are they basically two different breeds (from the country of origin versus the US)?
It is an impressive looking bull!

She is heavily linebred to Cunia going back to some great cow families.////-Man-she is awesome-some of that would sure add the right stuff to some Shorthorns in need of new blood O0

Maybe her best card is that she goes back to a tremendous cow, Etoile Bleu. Don't know if she is outcrossed in relation to what is already out there. I would think outcross Shorthorn genetics would be the ticket if one was to flush her.I think I got a red bull this year-78 pound Bw out of my Cumberland doner (who has a bunch of unannounced fullblood in her-If he turns out-gonna want to try him on a fuulblood.
