Nick Reimann Passed Away

MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2014

Nick Reimann passed away over the weekend in a plane crash that claimed multiple lives.

This isn’t the place for eulogies but I’ll say that I’ve run into him about half a dozen times in Denver over the years and he was always one of the most polite and professional people I’d run across each January.

He was one of the good guys by just about any measurement.

Rest in peace and God Bless his family.

It shows that as an industry we all can come together, despite our differences.

I am sorry to hear that, condolences to friends and family.  I didn't know him personally, but certainly knew he was very well respected in this industry.

Logan Rau and Leroy Beitelspacher also passed in the accident. Logan was personally a good friend of mine and all involved will be missed dearly. The industry has lost a couple greats this weekend and my prayers extend to all involved.

My heart breaks with such a loss. These guys were some of the most talented breeders of good cattle. My condolences to the family and friends. They will be missed.

I had met Nick briefly and knew of his great success in the cattle business ,and just getting started really....  But what impressed me most was his sincerity in doing business with you...But most of all his great pride and love for those two little ones  and their mother ....It just really hurts me that family will not have that from him anymore ....Didn't know the other  two but my condolences to all three family's  !!!!!

Its truly a tragic loss to the industry. I've never met Nick but ive never heard one bad or even neutral remark about him from those that did know him or done business with him, it was all good. That's speaks volumes in this industry. Same goes for Logan. Condolences and prayers to their loved ones. R.I.P.
Gentlemen.

So tragic.. so very tragic!  I have been thinking about these young men and how this event is affecting their families, all day. From what I know of them, they were role models for us all, regardless of age. It is my hope that their lives that were cut so short will serve to make others want to be like them. My thoughts and prayers go to their families.

My family is crushed to have learned about Nick's untimely passing.  We have bought many cattle from the Reimann family.  They are a class act.  Nick always had time to talk to you, no matter how busy he was.  Please keep the Reimann family in your prayers and in your hearts.    Mary
