There will probably be about 100 or so good ones there - literally ;).  I don't really know who should be considered a favorite.  I would imagine that now Brian Martin and Bill Cody's kids have jumped in they'll have something good enough to make a run at it.  Don't know if it will be their Fall Classic calves or not.  Fort Worth has been impossible to predict for a long time now.  Billy Stuckey's calf that won the Fall Classic might make a hard run.  Haven't talked to him, but I would assume that calf is headed to Fort Worth.

We've got a real nice lightweight black steer we raised that will show on Thursday (probably Class 4, maybe 3).  If he behaves himself and my 9 year old can get him shown, he's good enough to be in the top end of one of the light weight classes.  We've also got a heavy weight Hereford - if he classifies - that should have a solid chance at a sale slot.

Just found out we'll be stalled in Moncrief - stalls 595-598 if anyone wants to look us up.

EDJE shows they are covering several breeding shows but it doesn't say anything about the steer show.
