Like said juniors have to be fro texas. Open show is exactly that open to everyone. Of course there is no open steer show.

Depending on your idea of winter...if you mean when your steer is all haired up, Kansas City and Louisville although some will say those are fall shows.

Sioux Falls has a Fat Steer show about the time Denver is winding down, late January or thereabouts.

Ill be showing heifers. Just need a big time winter show option. Im from the north so im very new to the southern shows. Thanks for your comments. If you have anymore ideas let me know

I think the week after fort worth the dixie nationals are in Jackson,ms and We have been nice laid back place.

Arizona National is a good one to go to. It is over New Years and during most people Christmas break from school. The nice weather there is also a plus. Makes it seem a little bit like a vacation.
