Well he goes by the name of BFW Whiskey Echo, The folks that own him purchased him in Denver at the Maine sale for $7,500. They just use him as a herd bull, However they have talked about collecting him, but I dont think they have yet. I took a picture of him last fall, and it looked exactly like the picture of whiskey with his head down. He is a PHAF full brother to BFW Whiskey For My Men.jbzdad said:bccc what irish son did you use, I am really trying to stay "free' as I try to raise females
Jill said:I think Irish Whiskey's niche is Angus cattle for Maintainers, don't think you can beat them. I don't have any experience with Gold Club so can't really compare the 2. When IW went down to 50 we bred all of our purebred Angus cows to him, and we will be doing it again this year. I think IW wins both Maternal and power but like I said, never used Gold Club so that is just what I have seen.
