Have heard a little more.....Supreme was a Gambles Hot Rod out of an Avalanche Simmental cow of Tim Shaeffer's......AND the 5th Overall and Champion CROSSBRED was a MY TURN x Grizz/Meyer that Sinclair's raised.  (YAHOO!!!!) .....and a Get It Done was Supreme Sale Heifer.

Was the Crossbred the 5th overall steer or heifer? I just got to watch the heifer show.  :(

Have to say that the martin steer was a nice steer.  My nephew was second in class to it with a steer he raised.  Not to bad for 11 year old boy. It makes it even better that the cow the steer out of was his first year project.  Off the subject but still a very proud young man. I think he will keep working hard at it.

Shoot i forgot that we was a member of the Junior judging team that won on Saturday as well.  Cloud 9 wouldn't quit catch his weekend.

No problem....just wanted to clarify.  BTW....Get It Done also had Calf Champion Mainetainer at the American Royal........Champion Bred and Owned Chi at Louisville and Res. Grand Female in the open Chi Show at Louisville....with three different females.  Might get that bull figured out YET!

Otts here in Indiana had some pretty darn good ones for sale earlier this year. And I saw one of the best ones in Ohio on a spring sale. He was a red with a touch of white out of a manchild cow I believe. Darn good calf imo.
