Heat ?

We send in blood for the Biopryn pregnancy test at 33 days from the AI date on our heifer. Took the blood on Sat. and then on Wed. the heifer acted like she was in heat. Got the results back Thurs. and it said she was pregnant. Now my question is if she lost the pregnancy between Sat and Wed. would she have come back into heat that soon? When she appead to be in heat she was allowing the other heifers mont her but they only did a couple of times and other then that she did not show any other signs. Normally when one of the heifers in that group comes in heat they are obnoxius. The vet is going to come ultra sound her at 45 days. Thanks

Did she stand for the other heifers, or did they try to mount and she quickly run out from under them.

Last year we had a cow preg checked and confirmed she was pregnant on Friday the following Monday she was standing for several cow in the pasture so I watched her for her next two cycles and she never showed another heat so we are keeping our fingers crossed it was just a false heat hope it was the same for you
