I am finally home. Almost 3 weeks in the hospital. They drained about a liter of fluid from around my heart & lung. Feeling much better although very weak.
Woody wants my complete attention. He hasn't left my side.

I'd like to thank everyone for the wonderful cards, prayers & well wishes. Humbled me very much.

Knabe, I'll tackle the book when a little better. SD- paybacks are a b**ch! I am including your wondeful gisft. We laughed so hard it hurt.

Thanks to all & be on later.

Red

Hey Red, glad to see you with ALL your new parts LOL.  I know how you feel after having fluid drained off.  It's like a massive weight off your chest (it kinda is), but leaves you weak.  Take your time with the physical activity, I know that was the hardest part for me.  I know that a lot of us are still praying for a speedy recovery.

Welcome Back Red!!!

Get your strength back and take care of yourself.  Like I mentioned once before---We need you at full strength here on SP.  Otherwise , we're kind of like a ship without a rudder sometimes.

Good to hear all our prayers are working!!

It is great to hear you are home.  I have a Corgi as well and they are known for their abilities to speed up the healing process ;)  Partially because you cannot stand the eyes the bore into you when you are not doing something they want so it is easier to get up!

Take care of yourself!

I always knew I could have been a great plastic surgeon. 8) I think it makes you look younger. (you do know that you may have a tendency to be an Arkansas Razorback fan now)

As for paybacks.........I can't wait! :p ;) ;D

I'm glad you're home and please continue to take care of yourself. And give Woody and Killer Kitty a hug and kiss for us all. :-*

Ho;y smoke RED, now THAT is impressive -- look at the bright side, you could easily get you a new career -- they say that cadavor dogs (Pigs) are in high demand -- with a couple extra large wigs -- ???? and meybe some darkness of night, who knows, you could really have a shot at it?? hehehehehe

REALLLLLLY glad you are back home and on the mend --  I haven't tried to call out of worry to make you too tired, but do let me know -- would love to visit with ya again some time soon!
