True but there are some breeds that hold their junior show at the same time as their open show which makes the junior show open to all juniors, Chi is an example at Ft Worth.
The Chi show in Fort Worth is explicitly not, to my chagrin, part of their normal Junior Heifer Show. But you are correct, each of these shows have their normal open shows that anyone can show at.
