Went to a show this weekend was washing my calf down Friday evening and the lady next to me just happened to be steermomintx..she recognized me and introduced herself..one very nice lady! And her little girl is adorable..they did pretty well showing today i know one of the calves got a first in its class..Very nice people and very nice calves! Congrats to them for a great weekend  <party>

Where was the show located that you were at?  We were at a show in Boerne this weekend.

Thank you very much Brittney, I enjoyed meeting you and your dad both.  Thanks for the compliments on the kiddos and the calves.  We had a really good weekend and were very pleased.

Brittney is an excellent young lady and quite the showman.  She is everything you want young people to be today.  Good luck to you and I am sure we will see you down the road!!!  Hondo next right??

I thought the judge knew exactly what he was talking about..I thought he judged pretty well what'd you think?

Yes we will be in Hondo tied under the oak trees unless it is raining.  Let's be sure to catch up with each other.

(cow)  Okay...now you have got me JEALOUS!!  I have been trying to meet up with steermomintx FOREVER!!  What gives???  LOL  I guess we are going to have to switch from showing heifers to steers to actually get to meet up!!  Lisa

You need to come to some of these south texas shows. lol  We are going to meet someway, somehow!!

When Shelby gets her steer here in a couple of weeks I will get with you and you can "instruct" me on where the next "South Texas" show will be.  We have got to start hitting some heifer shows as soon as it starts to cool off.  Her hairy black heifer has been having a hard time with this heat!!  Lisa

We have a simmy steer that has alot of hair and I think he is most definatly ready for some cooler weather.  What kind of steer are you getting??
