Interesting range of genetics in Minnesota Shorthorn Sale

I was just looking at the sale offering online and was pretty impressed with the offering. A lot of useful bloodlines in this offering (thumbsup)

Interesting sale for sure. I think everyone can find something in that sale. I would like to see a lot more actual birthweights in the catalog though. Scrolling through I found two lots that listed actual BW.

We made it to the Minnesota Sale again this year.  Always a good trip, good people, good cattle honestly presented.  There were 2 heifers I would have liked to purchase, but decided to wait on Grant's sale.  Shouldn't have waited.  Runner up on the one I wanted.  Oh well.

Prices were definitely softer this year than last, and I wish I'd been able to pick up a nice young bred, but she would've been our only fall calver after spending the past 3 years gradually converting to 100% spring calving...

I did the same thing on a lot toward the end of the sale, but I thought I had already spent too much getting what I already had and wanted to see a heifer sell today. Really wish I would have went ahead and bought it now. If I hadn't been sitting at hime watching online I'm sure I would have.
