I have a Dream On donor and was thinking of flushing her to Irish Whiskey. I was wondering if anyone has crossed these two blood lines up before? if so what did you like or not like? any help would be appreciated. thanks

OK no experience crossing these genetics? Well what suggestions do you have to flush her to? Anything from clubby to purebred.

I looked through GCC catalog and Collins catalogs Exposure for Irish WHiskey crosses. There was one, couldn't find the pic. Irish Whiskey x seems to click with angus and angus simmi females.

Thank you! I plan on flushing our Angus donor to him but was also thinking this one but might just use the other straws on the full flush donor.

We flushed a Legacy (Dream On's sire) daughter to Whiskey.  Only have two calves so far.  The bull is a spring...looks good and will make the bull cut.  The heifer is a fall baby and looks nice right now too.  Probably worth a try, I'd say.

I don't see how you could go wrong with Irish Whiskey on your Angus cows. he seems to be the king of that cross. Some phenomenal females out of that cross sell at the exposure every year. I have seen some awesome bulls out of that cross as well.
