I suppose he was registered as a polled senior calf.

Congratulations.  Those antlers look bigger than a tree!

Holy S***!

that is a monster.

Give us the story of this hunt and where it all took place.

That is a wall-hanger for sure!

Is that the kind of Bull you have to pay to kill, or was he taken in the wild?  Not to belittle, but curious.  One like that is a great trophy either way.

The bull was taken in the wild in SW Saskatchewan. There is getting to be a pretty big elk population where there used to be none. They were sure excited when they got him. They had a hunt that will be real memorable  . The one fellow that went along for the hunt is from Paris, France ( he is working with a local rancher). My other son also has a tag so it will be interesting to see what he brings home.

There you have it.  Proof that not all shorthorn breeders have problems with big birthweights!  ;)
And there you have it. Proof that men, shorthorn breeder or not, dosnt really know about BWs.(in people anyway) 8lbs is getting on the high side. Sorry boys, unless you have giving birth you cant talk about it.

I'd of let that one go and waited for one that wouldn't make my wall look small.  :)

My first thought is that is very nice, my second is thought is the fun just ended and the work just started, and that one looks like a lot of work.  I hope they were able to get close with the truck.

That is a very nice bull, judging from the pictures I would say he is real close to 365. I sure wouldn't pass him up on the last day.
