I love this stuff! That dachshund on wheels was a bull named Advance Notice. He was a son of Lombard and a full brother to Advance Copy. He came from Lauxmont Farms in Mo. If I didn't know better I would swear that pic was photoshopped!

looks like Calrossie Constellation many many times champion in the UK, from the small era.. but one of their bigger bulls. Man sons were exported to North America

Yes it is Constellation, the sire of Bapton Constructor as well as many others. There was a lot of linebreeding done to Constellation and his full brother Calrossie White Emblem (the sire of Remitall's Kelburn Great Event).
