I am building some regression models of the beef industry and i cant seem to find data on historical American Per-Capita beef consumption (# of pounds) or the  average sales price per pound or per head. I will continue to search for data but if you know where i could find this, it would be greatly appreciated. The years i am concentrating on are 1980 to the present.
Thanks

I had to one for my precalc class. I did mine on calf mortality rates by year for il. I got all of my info from the national ag statistics...if you Google nass it comes up. One of my teachers has another great ag stat site so I will get that from him and share it.
On the nass site you have to go thru the different things...you ll figure it out.
