Oh nancy, you had such words for the last several months.... slamming all your co-workers, pulling your puppet strings, and standing in front of everyone and defying the public.

Where art thou NOW nancy? Too busy packing your bags to make a public appearance? Too busy working on that "botox frown"?  Come on nancy.... pleeeeaaassseee tell me what your going to blame THIS on.

nancy.... are you out there?

Maybe the "Annointed One" and Moochelle will take her along to the Taj Mahal and a tour of several Muslim countries so they can experience Sharia law first hand.  I hear he's leaving with a huge entourage on a very expensive trip.  Apparently, he thought the message the voters were sending him was to continue to take as many expensive trips as possible and leave as much money as possible in other countries while his socialist policies begin to take effect here at home!  We made some progress last night but there is still so much to do(undo as well)in the next months and years to turn this country around and make our officials accountable.JMHO

it's not a laughing matter.  all you guys are responsible for government retirement and benefits that elected officials negotiated on behalf of government employees.

in the end, money will be printed and the debt passed on to your kids and grandkids.

they will never be accountable.  we need to make voters accountable.  once people figure out how to print money with no penalty, there's no turning back.  it's a disease without a cure.

    A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.

    Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage.

"The release of initiative and enterprise made possible by self-government ultimately generates disintegrating forces from within. Again and again, after freedom brings opportunity and some degree of plenty, the competent become selfish, luxury-loving and complacent; the incompetent and unfortunate grow envious and covetous; and all three groups turn aside from the hard road of freedom to worship the golden calf of economic security. The historical cycle seems to be: from bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to selfishness; from selfishness to apathy; from apathy to dependency; and from dependency back to bondage once more."

Some red meat to chew on...

A POEM  *AHEM* ......FROM OUR ESTEEMED MR. HUCKABEE.....(LOVE,LOVE, LOVE IT!)

Here’s a story about a lady named Nancy
A ruthless politician, but dressed very fancy
Very ambitious, she got herself elected Speaker
But as for keeping secrets, she proved quite a "leaker."

She flies on government planes coast to coast
And doesn’t mind that our economy is toast
She makes the Air Force squire her in their military jets
There’s room for her family, her staff, and even her pets.

Until now, she annoyed us, but her gaffes were mostly funny;
Even though it was painful to watch her waste our tax money.
But now her wacky comments are no laughing matter;
She’s either unwilling to tell the truth, or she’s mad as a hatter!

She sat in briefings and knew about enhanced interrogation;
But claims she wasn’t there, and can’t give an explanation.
She disparages the CIA and says they are a bunch of liars;
Even the press aren’t buying it and they’re stoking their fires.

I think Speaker Pelosi has done too much speaking;
And instead of her trashing our intelligence officials, it’s her nose that needs tweaking.

If forced to believe whether the CIA and her colleagues in Congress are lying;
Or it’s Speaker Pelosi whose credibility and career is dying.
I believe in the integrity of the men and women who sacrifice to keep us safe;
Not the woman who has been caught flat-footed, lying to our face.

I say it here and I say it rather clear —
It’s time for Nancy Pelosi to resign and get out of here.

I sincerely hope that all of you commenters voted yesterday and encouraged your families and associates to vote also. Here we had a 45% turnout of registered voters. Disappointing to say the least. So please everyone do something positive and encourage people to register and vote.  Thats the only way this thing will turn around.

The rumor is Nancy and Knabe were seen having coffee yesterday morning in Hollywood.  Supposedly politics was the main discussion. (clapping)

Darn right I voted!!  So did EVERYONE I know. (I even drove a few folks... both dems and rep)!  Not sure of our turn out but I do know several "experts" on TV said it was the heaviest turn out they had seen in 50 years.

farwest: Is there a movie in the works? What would it be rated?  ;D

Anyone seen the commerical on Fox News, about the Chinese teacher talking to his class about the down fail of all the great empires?  Very scary .if you ask me, probably could be a realization if our elected officials doesn't wake up in this country.

seems every president/administration in my lifetime has had to deal with an economy/jobs crisis in every term...same with our national security and "threats from abroad".....jfk/nixon/johnson/bush 1/ clinton/ regan/carter/  bush 2/ obama.....every administration has told us we had fo deal with "problems"  in the  thenational security/ economy/ and jobs dept at some time in each of there respective admistrations....cant think of one president or group of congressional represenitives  that was satisfied and told  the amercian people that " things are just great folks,..you,  your kids and grand kids can rest easy now"....all of the fore mentioned presidents spoke of seroius problems that are effecting our  jobs/ economy/ and our kids and grandkids future as being in peril at some point in each of there terms....all the formentioned presidents had various degrees of congressional " advantages" and "disadvantages" before or after mid term elections...and the blame of the past always seems to go to the democratic congress during a republican presidencey, or a republican congress during a democratic presidency.....all have had  "leaders" of the house and senate " that have been on the losing end of congressional elections.....pelosi now gives the stripped shirt and whistle to bohner...each still represent one vote in the house....i was a kid/grandkid during the jfk/nixion era.....do we blame them for the mess my generatiuon is in now....do we even remember who the leader of the house/senate was then?
so the first time you hear the words..."future"/  "kids or grandkids"  ect from the mouths of the new  congressional leaders...take in consideration the efforts and results of both parties of the past....jbarl

Look at the red/blue map of the house seats of the united states.  the blue is the far west coast and the far east coast.  The logical folks in the middle of this country have had enough and are rising up.  Sorry jbarl, i don't believe this is the same old losing control mid term that reagon and clinton had.  This is more.  People plain disuise this president.  They quietly still question his religious background, beliefs, and birthdate and real underneath personal agenda.  Scared to go cry out in public because the first thing that there gonna get nailed with is the race card.  This president doesn't stand a chance in 2012, the tea party will get stronger the next two years.  He didn't act quite so cool standing at that podium wednesday.

what i personally thin kis.... he would act alot cooler with colin powell by his side.... ;)
and maybe when some of the questioning of his background, beliefs, and birthplace and underlying personal agenda would actually be proven as facts... who knows what the out cry or consiquience would  be?  whos playing the race card hear??... .......and who by the way would be the brillient person/agency/political party/ ect  that masterminded this great conspirecy against this great united states..?  how long did something like this take to plan??.....alot of people "despised" bush as well....thought his part of covering up iraq involvment with 9/11  and weapons of mass diestruction was a great waste of tax payeres money and treasonous as well....
...yoiu've yet to show up with a cantidate for 2012 yet?.....let romney pawlenty and palin tear each other apart verbally ( for a change) in the primaries to just get there...and see how the tea party "grows"........will you think colin powell is part of the great conspirecy as well if he decides to come aboard?...jbarl
