The cow is a commercial RAx old 4-H heifer that did very well at for me. She probably has a 1/4 limi in her, but is otherwise all home raised Red Angus with no fancy names. She is a long, thick, no holes cow. Deep ribbed and flanked.
I have attached a few pictures of the cow. 1st one is of her the day she calved. 2nd is her on the left and on the right would be a maternal sib by SULL Salute (4 year old cow in production) to the Blindside bull calf. She enjoyed the feed this winter a bit much. Fat is sexy when it comes to cows (clapping).
We have 5 Blindsides and they are all growing out well so far, although young yet. Only 1 is smaller framed, but that comes from the cow for sure.
