Thanks for the comments.  Jaimiediamond I like that heifer too she is a little brick she should either make a good market heifer or produce some stout show steers. 
Aussie sometimes I struggle with having too much growth in our calves but we are beef producers that sell pounds  and sell the odd club calf.
