Patent 8161 kicking goals Down Under

The first Waukaru Patent 8161 calves sold in Australia last week, and in an absolutely phenomenal result sold to $46,000 for an outstanding yearling bull, Spry's Patent's Ace G38.
Patent's Ace weighed 620 kilograms at 12 months, with a raw intramuscular fat (IMF) scan of 5.7 per cent, scrotal size of 38 centimetres and a 116 square centimetre eye muscle area.
He is in the top 5pc of the breed for domestic and export maternal indexes and 400-day weight, and the top 10pc for scrotal, 200- and 600-day weights.
43 of 46 bulls average $7884.
