I would not work her until you her better and start slow when working.  You can buy scour halt at the feed store it works well you just squirt it in their mouth.  I would call the vet and talk to them pigs can go down hill very quickly

How old is the pig? I wouldnt work her to much until she is better.  How long have you had her? Stress is very hard on pigs.  I would get some Scour Halt for her, most Tractor Supplies carry it if your other local feed stores dont.  I would also get some Tylan to give her.  Tylan is a great antibiotic for stomach or intestinal infections in pigs.  Also be sure you get her on some electrolytes such as Bounce Back or something like that.  Even if eatin and drinking good, diarhea can dehydrate one very quickly, especially pigs.  Also be sure to worm her good as well.  I wouldnt be to worried about the toungue hanging out, many pigs just naturally keep their toungue out a lot, but it could also be from stress or being tired if she isnt feelin well.  The toungue hanging out when she is walking and if she is panting could be a sign that she is dehydrating as well.
