Posting Pictures

I'm trying to get some pictures posted of a few of my calves...but everytime I go to post them I get a message stating the files are to large.  How can I fix them for a post? Thanks!

What i do is i go to word document and paste the picture and click the picture and and drag it to make it smaller.

Do you have an editor or picture program? Most newer computers have Microsoft Picture Manager. You can open them and adjust the size from there. Make sure they are in a format that can be read also by computer like JPG. That is always a good one. There also is a thread somewhere on here that goes over it step by step. I am tech challenged myself.

what program do you normally open pics with?  you can usually open them in that program, go to edit pics, and resize there...

for example, my pics open up in microsoft office picture manager, i then select edit pics, resize, predefined width x height, and then pic web large or small (640 x 480 or 448 x 336), and then save....
