Pregnant cow question

I have a cow that I noticed that when it urinates that it comes out of both the rectum and vagina.
She is heavily pregnant and due this weekend.
What could be the cause of this?

This is an interesting dilemma. It would seem to be impossible but maybe she has an open tear between the two and therefore it may be possible but she would need to be examined to be sure. Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks, that's sorta what I was thinking. She's actually acting 100% normal other than that so I'm a little hesitant to have her examined/palpated this close to calving
