I sold a heifer and retained the right to one flush.  Does anyone have a very simple contact that they may have used for this type of situation.  Something that is generic and the details could be filled in.  Thanks!

Sellers expense and buyers convenience. Usually no less then 8 eggs. Current owner decides where flush is preformed.

We already have the terms agreed upon, just looking for a simple document for a contract that we can sign is all.

You can go to the public library and get a simple contract or a book on contract. It must have offer and consideration as well as terms that define the agreement. It is not much different than a purchase contract. You just need to define terms that are reasonable and agreeable. I have done several word documents and as long as they are signed by both parties and have the appropriate terms its legally binding.
I am NOT a lawyer( didn't finish school ;))

call your local attorney. Do not do this yourself. Establishing a relationship with an attorney that understands your business will pay dividends for you. It shouldn't take but an hour of time to draft this document, and they will likely flat fee it since it is a new client. If it were me, I would bill $150 to draft it, and meet with the client for a 1/2 hour, or so. I would advise you on setting up an LLC, doing some estate planning, and I would use this as a way to start the relationship.
