Who is going, either to show or watch?  We will have a class one exotic. A steer I raised out of Walks Alone.  I cant wait, by far my favorite show of the year.  I will be doing Chiropractic work if anyone has or a need arises.  (clapping)

I'm and ag teacher and I've got seven going. light weight short, two heavy shorts, two heavy Herefords, a class 3 exotic and then a class 7 exotic. I know the kids are ready to go. They have been looking forward to this since last year. Always a fun show, but I have had mine lifting weights preparing for the staging area debacle. jk

Good luck RR!  Hope ya'll repeat your county show success.  It would be a thrill to see the Fletcher family down there in the final drive!  (clapping)

Just a heads up.....they were enforcing the No Paint rule (all be it VERY sporadically), the No Pumping rule, and even the NO Professional Fitters (EVEN MORE SPORADICALLY) policy during the junior heifer show.  I understand they are even going to CLEAN UP the STEER STAMPEDE into the show arena (lol), I'll believe that when I see it!  Wish we were going to be in that Class 12 Exotic race just to evaluate what they call cleaning things up!  Hope show management is serious and not just choosing who they are going to make examples of and when the rules will be enforced.  We saw many folks paint and even more pumping but those folks didn't get thrown out!  Keep your eyes open for the show folks walkin the barns...checkin the electrical service....pulling out their phones......

Thanks Mark, he is out of a pb shorthorn going back to some of Jim Williams stock.  I would try him shorty but in cow town if you class out your disqualified from the show.

I will be there with a class 7 or 8 exotic.  Been reading steerplanet for several years, but never registered.

Finished clipping on Saturday.  Looks like class 2 instead of class one.

I also heard they are going to do something different in the tunnel.  I guess we will find out Wednesday.
