Shorthorn Country
« on: May 25, 2008, 07:32:04 PM »
Doc had told me that he thought my youngest son was on the cover and I finally got mine Sat. The pic on the cover is definitely him along with his heifer Nan. I guess the pic was just a random shot taken by Darla Aegerter that SC used for the cover. He thought it was pretty cool.

That's pretty cool. I would think it was really neat if me and my heifer were on there lol.

Also did you see the new poster bull? joe is really getting promoted by the AMMA. Nelson's couldn't have asked for better advertizing!
I still can't wait to see what Jill has them wearing this year! Just think, only 1 month to go! Should I start packing?  ;) ;D  <party>

No, I hadn't seen that, but I was in there last night and noticed they had update the website, like it much better.  We're still trying to figure out for this year, but we did send them to a fitting clinic, so hopefully we'll get more than 1 leg done this year (clapping)  they have 4 years left to compete together as Jr.'s so we figure by the end of that time they ought to be pretty good.
It's moment like that blower picture that will come back and haunt him later in life! (thumbsup)
