Im trying to produce some quality replacements that can be registered and possibly be bred back clubby down the road. I would just like some advice on what type of cows these bulls match up well with. I have mostly com angus cows but a few have some clubby background. Bulls I have and will be using Dream On, 3C Macho, and Fat Butt.  I also have access to get some Felt Next Big Thing and zckk custom built (full brother to chopper).  I have read searched and read older posts but any suggestions would be appreciated. What about the cow that pictured?

I'm biased, but Built Right is an old standby that will work in this scenario.  He makes them efficient.

I have a Heat Wave 1st calf heifer that's a great momma and milks with Meyer on her bottom side!  Defies the odds.

% Simmental worth a look...

I've got some experience with Ranchhand and wouldn't recommend him.  Good commercial calves, but starts and ends there.

Meyer descendants are keepin on keepin on.  Especially if you have any remote interest in raising steers.

I'm not a big fan of posting, but people continue to ask what Fat Butt works on, so I'll offer up my experience.  Fat Butt will add legitimate bone, muscle and good workable hair (slick off great in the summer) as well as generally extending a neck on one, add foot size and soundness.

When mating him, I've used on most everything, he works without fail on Dream On influence, most any Angus he's improved.  Keep him on cows with some femininity, won't change one enough that's just flat ugly.

And with most any Simmi, don't use him on a shot gun bellied cow......save a straw of Angus semen for them.

Fat Butt was put down a week ago 6/7/13, semen is still available for the time being, it's moving quickly as word of his passing spreads.

Backlash (1/2 Sim) is by Meyer and a full brother to Whiplash.  Sheriff Taylor (3/4 Sim) is by a Meyer son and out of a Who Made Who dam. Each are only $20...

I saw that on Face Book, sorry to hear that. I also heard that Lock N Load was lost due to a broken leg.

I would second the comment about Ranch Hand, not really a bull to use in the show scene, and I have seen and heard that his calves have no grow.
I am always a fan of Macho, have several really good females in my herd that make excellent mothers! One won the 2009 South Central Regionals in Durant, OK and is a half blood. We have an outstanding Make It Rain bull out of her we are showing this year.
Dream On is always a favorite of ours also. We just sexed some Dream On embryos today, and happy to say they are heifers!!!
With that cow, you can not go wrong with Macho, Fat Butt, or anything with a bunch of power but not a lot of gut. She looks like the kind of cow they work on.

My choices would have to be Top Gun or Upgrade. I have seen numerous calves out of these bulls that work very well on a cow like yours.  Upgrade X Starpower heifer sold at KSU bull sale this past year for $13,500.
