I recently bought a 1/2 sim 1/2 angus heifer, and while I don't have her home yet I can't help but think about what to breed her to. She is a Steel Force X Duff Basic Instinct.

What I'm looking for is fancy, maternal, functional calves that can produce more of the same.

Bulls I like and would like opinions on are

DJ Solution
Fat Butt
Make it Rain, my concern is he is stated CE but looks like his EPD states otherwise
Power to Change

Any other bull suggestions are welcome

Cattle Visions just picked up W/C BF Innocent Man.  Lots of high sellers this year.

(A Step Up)For me he has been a no miss bull. They come small, grow and look good. I will use him heavy again this year. I really like the looks of a son of his (Stepping Stone).

Broker, bandwagon or vindication.  I know you said simmy bull. But we bred a half simmy half Angus to I80 and that calf is flat good

Thanks for the input guys. My only concern is the CE EPD on some of these bulls. What would be the cut off for a heifer?

WSC2010, any pics of the i80 calf? Not sure it's a route I want to take but I've considered it.

Anyone want to say what she needs to be bred to to make her better?
