Thanks for your interest in slider. It is hard to tell exactly how many slider calves will be born this year but he was very well received as a yearling. All of our slider calves have been in the 60s on birth weight and have came easily on heifers. He is a negetive birth weight EPD bull with a very solid CED. Small calves are to be expected. He is a direct son of Northern Improvement out of a Duff New Edition dam. His grand dam is an EXAR Lutton giving him a second shot of Northern Improvement. Our calves appear very attractive on the profile, sound structured with good bone for angus sired calves. They have a good square hip and have been long fronted. When you study his pedigree, He will be a proven calving ease bull that will make some valuable females. I was able to see slider in person last weekend and he is an impressive individual. You can PM me if you have any questions. Thanks.
