Did anyone see the Smoke Bomb bull at the Nebraska Cattlemen's Classic? Sounds like he would work. I heard he moves well also.

I saw Smoke Bomb at Kearney this weekend, and can say that he is one of the best moving clubby bulls that I have ever seen. It was a little surprising to see how well he walked given his incredible mass. He also has tremendous foot and bone while staying very clean fronted. I've heard that the reg. Charolais cow he is out of is one heck of a donor, and he is Friction on the top which needs no explanation.  8)

Saw him as well, different day and another fall to go with hijm and he wins the chi show.  The guy that bought him should be charged with robbery.  Still asking myself why i didn't bid.  That bull will work on lots of different kinds of cows.

I helped fit that bull.  I can say that he was probably the most legit animal in the chi show.  He didn't need hair to look good.  Someone got a hell of a buy.  I will probably try to get some semen to use on a couple cows.

Here's a full sister that was born this last fall.  I believe He has two full sisters and a full brother.  I believe the heifers are for sale either off the Ranch or on his Bull and female sale on the Ranch coming up soon.

Aubracs, red angus, composites & club calves... interesting.  I may not be as unique as I thought.   ;)

The other interesting thing that stood out, is that the 1st 2 posters in this thread have not posted anything on SP except in this post.  ;)
