South Texas Shorthorn!!

Just posting up a picture of my daughters Shorthorn heifer she raised in the 100 degree south Texas heat.. She has JM Vortec as a grandpa and Miss V8 Adalina as a grandma and is bred to Rocky Balboa...This is our second shorty heifer to raise and luv them.. except all the work to keep the hair..

Nice heifer.  With those spots, she could fit right in my herd!  Still dry in Texas?  Will it hurt the state sale tomorrow?

I just heard from Chambero and there are some big fires burning North of Decatur around the Henrietta area... might be some cattle in trouble in that area... he said they may have to start cutting fences to move the cattle around...TOO DRY!!! all of Texas needs rain
