Just seen a story about Fried Maggot Cheeseburgers at CO. State Fair, what is the weirdest food you have seen and did you try it?

Iowa STate Fair also had the deep fried butter.....a stick of butter cut diagonally , put on a stick, dipped in a cinnamony corn dog batter and deep fried.....
Did not try it, however LOVED the red velvet funnel cake........

Red velvet funnell cake! Sounds awesome!! Hope they have it at Tulsa!
Deep fried cookie dough sounds incredible. The red velvet funnel cake had the true flavor of red velvet and was covered with a cream cheese drizzle AND powdered sugar! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad for you but worth every bite! <rock>
