I have a turbo fan with a bad motor and good blades and then another fan with a good motor and bad blades so I want to combine the two of them to get one fan. Does anyone know how to take the blades off of a Sullivan's turbo fan? Thanks for your help.

There is a key on the output shaft that the fan is mounted on to that keeps it tight. The easiest way we have found is to use a vice and take a hammer to it.
