Back in early April we had a cow give birth to twins, of course she claimed the small probably free martin heifer calf, and left us with a nice bull calf to care for. I was told by a few that this was not my cup of tea and not to bother with it sell him and take what I can get.  Being a woman that doesn't like being told I can't do something,  I searched this site high and low for bottle calf advise, and found lots of usefull ideas and methods.  It's now two and a half months later and my calf is doing great, we have overcome cocci, and an infected navel (this calf was never given colostrum from the cow, just the powdered stuff).  Now I just gotta decide what I'm gonna do with him.  But THANK YOU for all the helpfull advise that you've all given, I don't post on here alot but use this site all the time.

Sorry my pictures aren't the beat, if you call at him to look at you, he usually runs and attacks
