I'm putting on my First Sale this December and just got Done with the Sale Ad. Here ya go!!!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Totten Club Calves “The Showcase” Pasture Bid Off Sale will be conducted by phone; you do not need to be present to bid. Please be available to take calls on the phone number provided after bids close Sunday, December 5, 2009 after 6 pm EST. You must submit an opening bid by this time. Bidders will be contacted on the calves they have placed a bid on. The bidder has the opportunity to increase the bid by a minimum of $100 increments on the calves below $2500 and $250 increment on calves $2500 and higher. Bidding will continue in this fashion until only one bidder remains, the final bidder is the purchaser. Due to the large number of bidders, calves and other bid off sales closing the same day this process will take time PLEASE BE PATIENT, you will be contacted when it’s your turn to bid. All bidder names will be kept strictly confidential during the bidding process. All calves are sold as is, with no guarantee on physical condition as all calves are understood to be sound and healthy when sold. If there are any questions in the bidders mind about the condition of a certain animal, do not bid. All personas attending the sale do so at there own, risk, neither Totten Club Calves nor anyone associated with the sale assume liability, legal or other wise for the safety of the premises or the behavior of the animals. NO CATTLE WILL LEAVE WITHOUT A SECURE FORM OF PAYMENT. This Sale will accept payments by CASH, CHECK, AND CREDIT CARD (VISA & MASTERCARD) CALVES MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR BY THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY DECEMBER 11TH, 2009.
