We had a heifer this past fall. I am very happy with her so far. She is very sound, hairy, big boned and thick. Just hope she has enough growth in her.

I have two I am very proud of.    One is out of a shorthorn cow.  She is really marked up red and white.  Show to have all the right pieces to be a great one.  I also have a copper colored heifer out of a Flush X hoo doo.  She is cool as well.  I will post pics when they get to be a couple of months old.  I will breed to him again.

She was a good looking heifer, hope you post a pic sometime.

Hows the weights been on his calves? I have a couple due to him in the next week or so.

Just went out to the pasture and found this Tiger Woods X Dr. Hook steer.  Sure glad we bred the cow back the same way!

If you have time to scroll through Matt Lautners Blog there are quite a few TW calves there.  We had one this past spring he is a good calf.  Real moderate out of a cow that usually throws some frame size.  He wasn't a hard calving calf at all, but was the biggest one we had this year.  Red and white marked almost exactly like TW himself.

I bred him to some more moderate to small framed cows this spring I am wondering how that will turn out, maybe I should have bred him to some of the larger framed cows. Could someone tell me what = moderate; what = small; what = large in the club calf world in hip height? Im mostly interested in the cows not calves or steers. Even what some of you personally consider to qualify for one of those categories.

Had 5 this spring all between 82 and 87 lbs., was not impressed until they got to be about 2 months old and now they are really coming on. Did not breed any TW calves this year but may reconsider next year. Had 2 heifers in the group and they are by far better than the steer calves.

this heifer has fallen apart, she can hardly walk and has quit growing. i am going to think twice before ever buying another Tiger Woods
