What is the most calves you have heard of from a single sire?

For a while people were claiming that big testicled bulls heifers would reach puberty a little earlier than average but not sure if this panned out or not. We used a Hubs impact bull on 60 cows one year in the late 70's. Seemed liked the Hubs Shorthorn cattle bulls had tremendous libido and apparrently good semen. They were mostly big testicled.

Definately Big nutts - we had more comment about that and good clean sheaths in recent visits from breeders. Females breeding the first time, early maturity and flesh this is all economics and that is what makes the bottom line. I enjoyed the comments about HUBs impact- Im too young to remember that bull  but love the foundation he built.

Pretty sure that this link has been proven false, I think some of the orginial work was done on severely line bred cattle. Not sure what value it has if it is really true--except if you have eared cattle.

I was thinking they kinda decided against this theory simtal. I know the red Gelbviehs always had big seeds. I magine they have bred that out of them by now though.
