We artificially bred a cow Dec. 6th and she hasn't cycled since can we safely transport her 45 miles to a different pasture? Thanks

I would say yes, it is safe to transport her. I normally haul most of our cows to pastures each spring, and some of them are bred by that time. I don't recall ever losing a pregnancy because of this, but I suppose it is a minor possibility.

I was always told wait 45 days with regular breeding and 60a days for embryos unless just going right up the road

I have zero reservation hauling early bred cattle.  I have much more concern hauling as they get close to calve.

We have always been told to haul right after AI'ing (before the five day mark) or to wait at least 45 days.  We have always followed these guidelines and have had good luck.

We have also been told by our vet to transport within five days of embryo transplant or wait 45-60.
