when to start rinsing???

Most of the year there is no real need to rinse more than once daily. In the middle of Summer it will help to rinse morning and evening. Keeping them in the dark will do more for hair growth, even if you don't have a Cool Room. Rinse when they need to be rinsed, comb, brush (with a Rice Root brush) and turn them out for exercise after dark.
I think AAOK it right on the nail the only other thing would be if you dont have a cooler is to put misters on them and depending on where your at i would start doing twice a day and then during the summer morning, noon and night.
