I have a student with a young heifer that is growing, but needs a deeper, fuller appearance.  She is on a 14% feed that is only 2% fat.  Is there a supplement that will work better than just adding corn or beet pulp to the ration?

There is but it is probably not worth the money.
I would add beetpulp to her feed and find a good forage 3-way hay (oats, wheat, and barley) we have had good luck with both heifers and steers getting that full bodied look with this hay.
Do not try and hold anything on it though, they can gain 2 to 3 pounds a day off of good forage hay.

We used oxygen and feminity hp on a heifer (simmental) a couple of years ago.  Definately seemed to help give her a full bodied look.  She did very well her first year showing, but became cystic and after 18 months of trying to get her bred she became hamburger.  Haven't used either product again.

This has been an issue in the past with Femininity..we used it on a limosuin and she never took. We later found out about other similar issues.

Just like any successful project, you have to start with a firm base..aka a high quality show feed. HSC fitters edge will put you on track with getting that heifer to where she needs to be. We also like beet pulp and full tank!!
